Made of high quality tool steel, the patented Fish Ring Pliers are designed not to simply stretch open the ring but to gently open and then enable a good grip of the ring while rotating it onto the lure or hook without any of the associated stretching that is so common with nearly all other plier designs. Halco’s fish ring pliers are designed to work right through the many sizes of fish rings they use from the tiny #2 rings used on our Scorpion 35 all the way up to their 7xx ring used on the brutal Roosta 195 Haymaker but can also be used on any other type of split ring as well, with equal effect.
