Изпълнителният директор на ИАРА д-р Николай Георгиев и част от екипа, ангажирани с работната група по изработка на ЗРА участваха в кръгла маса на тема "Правна уредба и технически параметри на риболова на калкан във водите на ЕС в Черно море. Диалог между институции, бранш и наука за устойчиво управление на ресурса". Събитието беше организирано от Сдружение "Черноморски изгрев" в гр. Варна. На форума присъстваха представители от дирекция "Обща политика в областта на рибарството" към Министерство на земеделието и храните, учени от Институт по рибни ресурси, Институт по океанология към БАН, Тракийски университет - Стара Загора, Генералната комисия по рибарство за Средиземно море и за Черно море (GFCM), асоциация "БГ Фиш", риболовния бранш, които проведоха конструктивен диалог по следните теми: правна рамка, регулираща риболова на калкан в България, Румъния и на ниво Европейски съюз; състоянието на ресурса и научните оценки; техническите параметри на риболова на калкан; наблюдения за състоянието на ресурса; формулиране на насоки за нормативни промени, осигуряващи устойчивост на ресурса и предвидимост за рибарите.

 Поредица от проверки през изминалата седмица:

- Инспектори от "РК" гр. Кърджали извършиха нощна проверка по вода с лодка на язовир "Студен Кладенец". В хода на проверката до местността на с. Калоянци беше намерена и извадена от водата 1 броя хрилни мрежи, с обща дължина 100 метра. Екипите съставиха доклад за проверката.

 - През изминалата седмица служители от ИАРА - Пазарджик извършиха над 44 проверки по график в тъмната и светлата част на денонощието. Съставени бяха 3 броя АУАН. Една от плануваните проверки извършиха съвместно със служители към РДГ - Пазарджик на язовир “Доспат“, при която не установиха нарушения. Инспекторите взеха активно участие в зарибяване на риби от вида „шаран“ с общо тегло над 280 кг на баластриера „Динката“, Община Лесичово, Област Пазарджик, което беше организирано от сдружение ЛРД “Сокол-1893“- гр. Пазарджик. Служителите участваха и в друго зарибяване с благотворителна цел, организирано от СНЦ “Рибарско сдружение НИЛЕТ“- гр. Велинград на езеро в парк „Клептуза“- гр. Велинград. Над 4200 броя риби от вида „балканска /речна/ пъстърва“ пуснаха във водата, като събитието е част от мероприятие „Детско риболовно училище“ на СНЦ „Рибарско сдружение НИЛЕТ“.

 - ИАРА намери нерегламентирани уреди за улов на бяла мида в района на Варна. След обход на територията на пристанище Бяла, Обзор и Шкорпиловци с патрулна лодка инспектори от ИАРА - Варна намериха и иззеха - 3 броя нерегламентирани уреди поставени в работно от положение от неизвестни нарушители, като в един от уредите е имало 15 кг бяла пясъчна мида, която върнаха във водите на Черно море. Екипите намериха 3 броя хрилни мрежи с обща дължина 300 метра и риба от вида "морска лисица" (6 кг), която върнаха обратно във водата.

 - ИАРА извади 10 броя мрежи от морето в района на Военна база Атия. Гранична Полиция подава сигнал към ИАРА - Бургас за поставени мрежи в работно положение пред дигата на пристанище във Военна база Атия. Екипите пристигнаха на място с патрулен катер и откриха 2 броя хрилни мрежи с фани. Мрежите бяха иззети за съхранение в склад на Агенцията. При обход на Черно море около на мястото на сигнала откриха още 8 броя хрилни мрежи, които бяха поставени в работно положение и без маркировка. Нерегламентираните уреди се намираха само на 50 метра от брега, където има вече посетители на плажните ивици.

 - През изминалите дни служители от ИАРА - Враца извършиха проверки по река Дунав и долното течение на река Огоста. Екипите съставиха 4 броя АУАН. От акцията иззеха лодка, извънбордов двигател, мрежен риболовен уред и 2 броя въдичарски комплекта за извършване на риболов по време на забрана за улов на риба и други водни организми през размножителния период. При извършени инспекции oт инспектори от сектор "Рибарство и контрол - Русе", териториално звено Русе на река Дунав в района на с. Пиргово и лиман на Русенска корабостроителница бяха открити поставени в работно положение хрилни мрежи с обща дължина 270 метра. След наблюдение мрежите бяха извадени от водата и отнети в полза на държавата, а уловената в тях риба - 7 броя толстолоб (35 кг) и 1 брой сребриста каракуда върнаха обратно във водата.

 - При извършена нощна проверка от служители към ИАРА - Пловдив на язовир "Пясъчник" се установи наличие на хрилна мрежа с дължина 100 метра. В мрежата имаше 30 кг риба от вида "шаран". Рибата беше освободена и върната във водата.

 - Хванаха бракониери на място в язовир "Мандра". След получен сигнал на спешен телефон 112 за лица, поставящи мрежи в язовир "Мандра" близо до с. Константиново, Община Средец, екип от ИАРА - Бургас се отзова на посоченото място. Лодката и мрежите били натоварени в лек автомобил. На място пристигнаха служители от РУ на МВР Камено към ГД МВР Бургас, които задържаха лицата.  Инспекторите иззеха 5 броя хрилни мрежи с обща дължина 125 метра, 1 брой надуваема лодка и 2 броя гребла.

 - Служители на сектор "Рибарство и контрол" - Велико Търново към ИАРА извършиха проверка по вода на река Дунав. В района на р.к 567 при остров Персин и АЕЦ Белене бяха установени 3 броя хрилни мрежи с дължина 150 метра, без маркировка, поставени в работно положение и без уловена риба в тях. Екипите иззеха мрежите.

 - Инспектори от РК - Кърджали към ИАРА извършиха нощна проверка с лодка на язовир "Студен Кладенец", в местностите на с. Звезделина, с. Дарец, с. Гняздово, с. Калоянци и Буюк дере. По време на обхода от водата беше извадена 1 брой хрилна мрежа с дължина 70 метра, уловена риба в нея нямаше. Мрежата иззеха за съхранение и съставиха доклад.
